General Information
◦ All prices are in $USD.
◦ I work in batches of two or three. If the form is closed, all slots have been filled, or I am not currently accepting commissions. Please reapply when slots reopen.
◦ Commissioners MUST be 18 years or older, and may be asked to provide their age if suspected of being underage.
◦ Complex designs may be subject to additional charges. If this additional charge does not work for you, feel free to cancel or revise the commission!
◦ Default commissions are presented as cleaned sketches. An add-on for proper lineart may be available during certain batches.
◦ I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commissions for any reason. A refund will be provided if I have to cancel your commission.

Regarding Payment
◦ Half of your payment is expected upon your approval of a concept sketch. This is to ensure I am compensated in case a client ghosts me. I will not ask for any remaining payment until the commission is complete.
◦ A low-res/watermarked final image will be sent to you upon completion, after which the remainder of your payment is expected. A high-resolution file of your commission will then be provided to you.
◦ Please let me know ASAP if you need to cancel your commission for any reason!! I will refund you whatever you have paid me up until that point!
◦ I do not accept refunds if I have not heard from a client in over two weeks OR after a commission is complete.

Regarding Workflow & Communication
◦ My turnaround time for a project varies, but I aim to have everything done within three weeks of first payment or sooner. Reference Sheet Commissions may be subject to longer turnaround times.
◦ I will likely message you several times throughout the process of your commission. This would be for feedback, design clarification, or other similar topics.
◦ If you anticipate not being able to communicate with me for an extended amount of time (5+ days), please let me know as soon as you can! I will happily offer you lenience with any expected communications!
◦ An update on your commission is always available upon request!

Regarding Usage of your Commission
◦ If you repost my art, please credit me and link to one of my socials.
◦ Please do not resell, reproduce, remove my watermarks, or claim my art as your own for any reason.
◦ Do not use my art for anything AI related.
